Your Opportunity:

The Senior Consultant (SC) serves a critical strategic and operational function within the Partnerships & Innovation Program, advancing the design, implementation, and sustainability of integrated primary and community care initiatives. This position is responsible for transforming complex business needs, system priorities, and multi-source data into clear, well-structured written products and actionable strategies that support integrated primary and community care initiatives. Operating within a matrixed, collaborative environment, that spans Partnership and Innovation streams, the SC advances the design, implementation, and sustainability of system-wide improvements by aligning initiatives with organizational priorities, including Promoting Health, Partnerships & Innovation strategic direction.

Description:

The central focus of the role is producing high-quality business writing including briefing notes, business cases, reports, and strategic communications, with a strong emphasis on advancing philanthropic, community and industry partnerships. This work brings together data insights, policy considerations and input from partners, donors and community stakeholders to create clear, compelling, audience-tailored materials. This role has a strong emphasis on data management, including the integration, validation, and interpretation of complex datasets. The role may develop and maintain scalable data structures, reporting frameworks, and documentation that enable consistent, transparent, and evidence-informed analysis across projects and teams. The SC may also monitor project financials and performance metrics, providing written analysis of variances and recommendations to support fiscal accountability and operational effectiveness. The position strengthens system capacity by enabling cross-functional collaboration among clinical, operational, technical, and external partners and by translating analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations. Through a combination of strong analytical capability, rigorous data management, and exceptional business writing, the SC contributes to improved access, coordination, and quality of care, while supporting sustainable, evidence-informed health system transformation. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and influence, the SC acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding decision-making through insight, foresight, and strategic analysis. The role is accountable for knowledge dissemination, advancing analytical and business process capacity across teams, and fostering strong partnerships that enable innovation and continuous improvement within the health system.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of an undergraduate degree (masters preferred) with 5- 7 years’ progressive experience in health care, health administration, communications, public sector or related discipline. Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development. Experience collaborating with architects, developers, data engineers, and analytics teams. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.
