As a Credit Controller, you'll work with your own portfolio of customers, helping businesses stay on top of payments while building strong professional relationships.

No two days are the same - you'll be solving problems, speaking with customers, working with different teams across the business and developing valuable commercial and finance skills.

You'll learn how to:

Manage customer accounts and outstanding payments

Build relationships with customers and resolve queries

Work with finance systems and customer portals

Help improve cash flow for the business

Work alongside Sales and Customer Service teams

Identify solutions to payment issues

Prioritise your workload and manage multiple accounts

Full training will be provided, so you don't need to know everything from day one.

We're more interested in your attitude than your experience.

You'll be someone who is:

Eager to learn and develop

A confident communicator

Positive, organised and motivated

Good at solving problems

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Able to work well both independently and as part of a team

Keen to build a long-term career

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

A college qualification, apprenticeship or university degree in finance

Customer service, retail, hospitality or office experience (part-time work counts!)

An interest in finance, business or accounting

Experience in Credit Control isn't essential - we'll teach you everything you need to know.
