Your role, Your impact

Lead the configuration and change management process for complex rail and mobility projects.

Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and other departments to ensure seamless implementation of change requests and orders.

Maintain accurate records of product revisions and ensure all stakeholders are informed of updates.

Support cross-functional teams in understanding and executing configuration changes across the project lifecycle.

Drive continuous improvement in configuration and change management practices to enhance project delivery and reliability.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and design - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. Your leadership will ensure every change is managed with precision and collaboration.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business management, or equivalent experience (engineering preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in configuration management, change control, or related roles in engineering or manufacturing environments.

Strong understanding of how change requests and orders flow through a business and impact multiple departments.

Experience with configuration and change management tools (any industry; rail experience is a plus but not required).

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to lead cross-functional teams.

Timely and accurate implementation of configuration changes across all project phases.

Effective coordination and communication with all relevant departments and stakeholders.

Continuous improvement in change management processes and reduction of errors or delays.
