All team members receive a competitive base salary and compensation package - this is Total Rewards. Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches. This role is critical for managing complex technical products that align with business objectives and customer needs within the organization. It involves owning the product lifecycle end to end, including vision, roadmap, technical delivery, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires integrating customer insights, market analysis, and technical feasibility to prioritize product features and improvements. Success is measured by delivering products that meet business goals, customer satisfaction, and technical performance metrics. The work impacts the organization by driving product innovation, operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences through effective product management.

You'll be joining the Central Product Management team within T-Mobile's Data & Intelligence organization, the enterprise Data Center of Excellence serving product and platform needs across the organization. We specialize in data domain and data platform product management, working across a complex portfolio that spans data infrastructure, semantic layer development, and AI-enabled decision intelligence for both human and machine consumers.

Our team operates at the intersection of technical depth and strategic alignment. As part of T-Mobile's Enterprise Transformation & AI organization, we work in close partnership with the AI COE, AI Engineering, and program teams to deliver AI-enabled experiences for both our business partners and consumers, and we apply that same AI-forward mindset to how we operate as a product team.

We're building products that enable the business to move from data access to data intelligence, and we take that mission seriously. We're a collaborative, diverse, and flexible team. We move with urgency and intention: energized by hard problems, motivated by impact, and we don't wait for permission to do the right thing.
