Responsibilities

Design and implement engaging and user-friendly UI/UX for our software applications

Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user experiences

Collaborate with development teams to translate designs into high-quality code

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Assist in gathering feedback from users and stakeholders for continuous improvement

Support the development team in troubleshooting UI/UX-related issues

Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions actively

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field

A passion for user-centered design and a strong portfolio showcasing your work

Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

Understanding of user experience principles and best practices

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
