Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing and respond to incoming leads or enquiries from various digital platforms, e.g. website, social media, email, WhatsApp and Telegram

Lead qualification (i.e. follow up on campaign leads via text message or emails)

Update leads and customer data in the database for direct marketing, analysis, and reporting

Support the planning and execution of both digital and offline B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives

Assist in the production and/or updating of marketing creatives and collaterals

Provide logistical and coordination support when required, e.g. Agent Site Tours, Partner Rewards Event, etc.

Assist in exploring process improvement initiatives

Support in any other marketing research or ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines

Keen interest in gaining hands-on experience in B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives

Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (prior knowledge of formulas / pivot tables is a plus)

Knowledge of Power BI, Canva, Photoshop or video editing software is an added advantage

Prior experience or interest in customer service is an added advantage
