About the Roles

Join our team as a Customer Service / Sales Support Executive with a leading organisation specialising in the design and manufacture of material handling systems. Based in Gul Circle with company-provided transportation, this is a permanent role offering a basic salary plus variable bonus. Enjoy a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM while supporting customer service and sales operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries from customers.

Coordinate with clients on service schedules, requirements, and quotations.

Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document maintenance, and filing.

Record incoming workshop goods and support service department documentation.

Prepare service quotations and provide general administrative assistance.

Carry out additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

Possess at least an N-Level qualification or equivalent.

Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and take initiative.
