F&B Assistant / Service Crew (Japanese Restaurant) (4DmVxR)

About the Roles

Join a Japanese retail and F&B brand as an F&B Assistant / Service Crew, with the flexibility to work at 313 Somerset, West Coast, or Anchorpoint. This is a permanent position with a gross salary of up to SGD 2,600 plus overtime pay and performance bonuses, offering a structured 5.5-day work week with shifts ranging from late morning to late evening depending on location.

What You’ll Be Doing

Set up and prepare the dining area for daily opening and closing operations

Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and guide them through the ordering process

Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining courteous service standards

Respond to customer enquiries about menu items, promotions, and services

Clear and reset tables efficiently after use

Support kitchen operations when needed

Monitor and log fridge temperatures regularly

Welcome customers upon arrival and thank them as they leave

Pack and label food or retail products accurately

Keep shelves neat, organized, and well-stocked

Rotate and replenish products while checking for expiry dates

Report incidents, feedback, or customer concerns to supervisors

Uphold high standards of cleanliness, quality, and service at all times

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B or service industry

Candidates without experience are welcome as training will be provided

Strong awareness of personal hygiene practices

Possession of a food hygiene certificate is an added advantage
