Responsibilities

Open the store on time and ensure all systems and equipment are operational

Monitor customer queues and proactively reduce patient waiting times

Operate the cash register, handle payments, and prepare daily float

Promote weekly specials and upsell relevant products to customers

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store security

Keep accurate records of sales, stock levels, and equipment conditions

Receive incoming goods, manage stock transfers, handle error reports, and assist with regular stock counts

Enter daily sales data into SAP and maintain up-to-date records

Organize and file retail-related documentation efficiently

Assist in the preparation of monthly performance and sales reports

Support the onboarding and training process for new team members

Conduct daily briefings for store promoters

Take on additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance store operations

Requirements

GCE N or O Level qualification

2–3 years of relevant experience

Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills

Team player, self-motivated, and proactive
