Responsibilities and Attributions

What You’ll Do

Assist in the monthly accounting close by providing information and support to the team;

Maintain up-to-date accounting records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility;

Reconcile asset and liability accounts and analyze income statement accounts based on reports from other areas, identifying and correcting inconsistencies;

Analyze variances in balance sheets and income statements, investigating discrepancies and assisting other departments in understanding results by explaining reports and detailed variances;

Manage cash flow by monitoring fund inflows and outflows;

Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations;

Control and schedule payments to suppliers, payroll, and other financial obligations;

Monitor and forecast the company's financial position, identifying working capital needs;

Negotiate with financial institutions to secure better terms for loans, financing, and rates;

Issue and manage payment slips, invoices, and other financial documents;

Invest available funds, seeking a balance between profitability and security;

Requisites and Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;

Active CRC registration (desirable);

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;

Experience in accounting and treasury;

Experience with the TOTVS system is a plus;

Knowledge of accounting and tax standards and procedures;

Advanced English.
