What you will do:

Accountable for IT service delivery towards the site and ensure IT service SLAs meet or exceed site requirements.

Attend Site Leadership meetings and act as the single point of contact between local business partners and the IT organization (regional and global).

Develop and maintain the Site IT Master Plan and reporting.

Ensure the site adheres to IT processes, policies, security requirements, global IT standards, and regulatory requirements.

Create, manage, and maintain full accountability for the site IT budget.

Ensure local applications are reported and maintained in the IT Applications Repository and support internal and regulatory audits, inspections, and remediation plans.

Lead the lifecycle management of site IT infrastructure, including asset inventory management, risk management of aging components, and annual capital projects for required upgrades.

What we are looking for:

Experience partnering with senior business leaders and translating business strategies into technology solutions and priorities.

Strong hands-on SAP configuration knowledge, particularly related to Brazil tax requirements across commercial, finance, and supply chain functions.

Experience managing IT demand, project portfolios, or technology initiatives within a complex business environment.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work across local and global teams.

Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience with infrastructure lifecycle management (network, server, storage, laptop, and desktop environments).
