Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT roles. This is a great opportunity to start a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements from hiring managers

Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements

Conduct initial HR screening calls

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring teams

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

Follow up with candidates for feedback and offer status

Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills

Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Basic understanding of IT roles/technologies (training can be provided)

Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

Educational Qualification

Any Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)

Freshers or candidates with internship experience in HR/Recruitment preferred

Nice to Have

Internship experience in recruitment/HR

Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn

Basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District)
