About the Roles

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join an Information Technology Consulting team based at Mapletree Business City. This is a 1-year contract role with a structured Monday to Friday schedule (8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on Fridays). The role offers a competitive basic salary with completion bonus while providing opportunities to support enterprise Pega-based solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Gather and analyse business requirements by engaging users and stakeholders to identify needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Document and validate functional, data, and technical requirements for Pega-based solutions.

Convert business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Evaluate solution gaps, business impacts, and estimated effort for enhancement requests and system changes.

Partner with developers, testers, and architects to clarify requirements and support solution implementation.

Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing, regression testing, and pre-release checks to ensure solution quality.

Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and defects by reviewing root causes, fixes, resolutions, and escalation requirements.

Support release activities including planning, deployment coordination, post-release validation, defect management, and configuration updates across test and production environments.

Monitor application performance, scheduled jobs, and operational issues to maintain reliable system operations.

Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams on security updates, certificate management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities.

Maintain requirement documents, process documentation, test cases, release notes, and operational reports.

Provide stakeholders with regular updates on project progress, issues, and status reports to facilitate decision-making.

Assist with data migration, archival activities, and system transition initiatives when required.

Provide functional and production support for Pega-based applications by coordinating issue resolution with vendors and technical teams.

Perform additional duties and support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Possess at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related system delivery roles.

Demonstrate strong experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing, production support, incident management, and release activities.

Have experience supporting Pega applications in a GCC environment and using Jira Service Management or similar tools.

Possess a good understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Jira/JSM, Confluence, Visio, and related tools, with SQL knowledge considered an advantage.
