About the role

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional service and building genuine relationships. You'll be someone who takes ownership of your portfolio, enjoys problem-solving and is passionate about creating positive outcomes for rental providers, renters and the wider community.

This role is based in our Ivanhoe office and supports our Bayside portfolio.

This role blends in office days at our Ivanhoe office where you will collaborate with the wider team, attend meetings and engage with colleagues. Your work from home days are yours to structure, allowing you to handle administrative tasks and service your Bayside portfolio giving you flexibility to manage appointments and conduct client meetings without having to commute into the office.

To be successful in this role, you'll have experience managing a residential portfolio and the confidence to oversee all aspects of day-to-day property management. You'll be organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with a natural ability to communicate, negotiate and build trust with those around you.

What you will bring

Previous experience in residential property management and the ability to confidently manage your own portfolio.

A proven ability to build strong relationships with rental providers, renters and contractors.

Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

A strong customer focus and alignment with our values of trust, transparency and integrity.

The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

An Agent's Representative Certificate, Certificate IV in Property Services or full Estate Agent's Licence, a current Victorian driver's licence, reliable vehicle and a current Police Check.
