Job Purpose

Ready to drive parts growth, elevate customer satisfaction, and strengthen dealer performance across a diverse territory?

CNH is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Parts Sales & Service Manager based in St Marys NSW to lead the delivery of parts and service objectives across Queensland, New Zealand and the Northern Territory for our Construction Equipment business.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving parts revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting dealer performance, and growing market penetration across the region. Working closely with dealers, distributors, internal stakeholders, and regional teams, you will help deliver a best-in-class customer experience that strengthens brand loyalty, maximises machine uptime, and drives repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Drive parts sales revenue, margin performance, and growth initiatives across the assigned territory.

Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve business objectives for parts, service, and precision technology solutions.

Deliver business plans and growth initiatives across key product categories including Genuine Parts, FleetPro, Attachments, Lubricants, and Undercarriage.

Monitor sales performance and provide accurate sales forecasting and business insights.

Identify market opportunities and competitor activity, developing strategies to increase market share and recover lost business.

Partner with dealers and distributors to improve customer support, parts availability, and operational performance.

Support dealer inventory optimisation to improve customer order fill rates and satisfaction.

Plan and execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with regional parts and service teams.

Assist with dealer network development, including partner assessment, appointments, and contract renewals.

Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and Service Experience NPS performance.

Support the resolution of parts supply, logistics, and service-related issues.

Promote uptime solutions, extended warranty programs, maintenance contracts, and connected services.

Drive dealer engagement and adoption of CNH systems, programs, and service platforms.

Champion dealer quality standards, warranty compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Foster a culture of professional development, training, and best-practice sharing throughout the dealer network.

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years' experience in an Aftersales, Parts, Service, or Dealer Management role within the construction equipment, agriculture, commercial vehicle, automotive, or industrial machinery sectors.

Demonstrated success managing dealer networks and driving parts and service business performance.

Strong commercial acumen with experience developing sales strategies, forecasting, and business plans.

Proven ability to influence, coach, and motivate dealer partners and cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service outcomes.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Experience managing customer satisfaction initiatives and dealer performance programs.

Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.

Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.

MBA or similar postgraduate qualification will be highly regarded.
