Project Manager

Join FinXL as a Project Manager and support a large process simplification project in the telco space.

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

Join FinXL as a Project Manager on a large process simplification project and be deployed with a leading Telecommunications client on a 6-month contract in Macquarie Park.

Responsibilities

Work with a team of 30+ Process Leads and streamline work, diagnose delivery friction and establish practical, adoptable structures to resolve those.

Partner with PMO, Testing Centre of Excellence, Release Engineering, Platform and vendor leads to align governance intent into streamlined execution.

Work closely with the GM.

Establish efficiency and alignment with the wider transformation project.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven track record as a Project Manager specializing in process improvement, process simplification, or delivery excellence.

Solid background within the Telecommunications industry.

Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce environments.

Expertise in diagnosing root causes of delivery friction and establishing effective governance frameworks.

Strong stakeholder management and change mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional and vendor delivery leads.

Experience operating across large-scale IT Transformation programs.

Engagement Details

6+ months fixed-term contract with FinXL.

Deployed with a leading Telecommunications client.

Hybrid working model with 3 days/week in the office in Macquarie Park.
