Preparing and presenting project updates, performance reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Driving continuous improvement across project delivery processes, contractor performance, and store development outcomes.

What you'll bring

Proven experience delivering retail rollouts, store fit outs, refurbishments, or multi-site construction projects.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams and multiple concurrent projects.

Strong construction knowledge across electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, architectural, and building disciplines.

Experience managing project budgets, timelines, contractor performance, and stakeholder expectations.

Sound understanding of NCC requirements, compliance obligations, and workplace safety standards.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide clear executive-level project updates.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.

Experience working with AutoCAD and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and construction documentation.

Experience with retail planning, planograms, or compliance audits will be highly regarded.

Why join us?

Be part of an exciting growth journey as we towards 700 stores.

Lead a high-impact national store development program that directly shapes our customer experience.

Enjoy a flat, fast-paced environment where your ideas and contributions make an impact.
