Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist & Office Administration Specialist to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This role will be responsible for managing HR processes across the employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth office operations and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and offboarding.
Coordinate recruiting activities such as job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer administration.
Maintain employee records and HR databases while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Support employee relations matters and respond to employee inquiries.
Coordinate employee orientation, training programs, and engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and compliance-related activities.
Office Administration
Manage daily office operations and administrative processes.
Process invoices, purchase requests, and administrative documentation.
Support travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings.
Maintain inventory of office assets and supplies.
Assist with internal meetings, events, and workplace logistics.
Provide general administrative support to leadership and employees as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Office Administration, or a related role.
Experience supporting recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and administrative operations.
Experience working in multinational or fast-paced business environments is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge
Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices and HR compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with HRIS or ERP systems is preferred.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
