Provide technical coaching and guidance on how to setup a sourcing event, use e-sourcing event tools and run award scenarios analysis. Identify potential risks involved in the event execution and provide recommendations based on leading practices. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain & Operations, Retail, CPG, or similar,

3+ years professional experience in on sourcing activities

Demonstrated and proven leadership ability

Ability to become a key point of contact for the team, speak to internal clients on a regular basis, develop and maintain long term relationship with internal stakeholders

Ability to proactively share insights and seek to understand how to continue to bring value to internal stakeholders

Ability to identify, quantify and effectively communicate business risks

Self-starter, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering solid action-oriented results quickly

Analytical skills with the ability to identify, quantify and effectively leverage data to support business decisions, communicate opportunities and/or raise business risks

Ability to monitor compliance with established guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulations

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Vizio)

Ability to synthesize analysis into compelling oral and written communications and presentations

DESIRED

3+ years professional experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations Management

CPM/CPSM, CSCP or equivalent certification

Operational Sourcing

Support category management team in designing and executing sourcing events for pertinent category

Share with category management team best practices to prepare and set up a sourcing event

Provide coaching on how to use the e-sourcing tool available

Provide coaching on how to develop different award scenarios

Help the category management team to ensure sourcing events are delivered within the desired timeline to meet the specific objectives

Work with the category management to define requirements and objectives for outsourced activities

Sourcing Support

Work with the CoE Technology team to keep up to date on event tool providers and the leading practices insights

Utilize the analytics and governance teams as a source of information to identify improvement opportunities and ensure that the procurement strategy is being met

Additional Support

Support other initiatives in the company that may affect CoE's performance and operations

Talent Management

Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties: complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

Support talent development framework and proven experience in creating/maintaining training curriculum
