About the Role: This is a contract position for 12 months

Provide technical training support for the Vehicle Structures team, demonstrating expertise across all critical structural assembly and quality processes

Deliver hands-on demonstrations of advanced manufacturing techniques including precision drilling, trimming, fitting, clamping, mixing, and sealant/lubricant application

Transfer knowledge and train team members on proper fastener selection, installation, torque application, and QA buy-off procedures

Support the development and documentation of training materials for structural manufacturing processes

About You:

Expert-level proficiency in all core structural manufacturing skills: precision drilling, trimming, fitting, clamping, and proper mixing/application of aerospace sealants and lubricants

Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance processes, including QA buy-off procedures, deburring to specification, aerospace fastener types and installation, and torque application, verification, and documentation

Demonstrated skill in operating specialized manufacturing equipment and precision measuring tools (90-degree motors, rivet guns, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, feeler/hole gauges)

Strong collaboration and communication abilities with proven capability to clearly and safely demonstrate techniques and explain complex manufacturing processes aligned to safety protocols and quality standards

Nice to haves but not required:

8+ years of technical training experience (aerospace maintenance or manufacturing preferred)

Background in developing technical training materials, standard operating procedures, and/or process documentation
