About the role
Lead and develop a Supply Planning Hub team to deliver best-in-class planning performance, ensuring optimal service levels, inventory management, and cost efficiency. This role drives alignment across stakeholders, enables operational excellence through standardized processes, and builds a high-performing team capable of delivering business objectives through people, systems, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
Build and stabilize a high-performing Planning Hub with standardized and scalable and sustainable processes
Achieve inventory performance while ensuring service level targets are consistently met
Embed S&OP discipline across stakeholders and planning cycles
Develop team capabilities, leadership pipeline, and succession readiness
Drive continuous improvement and digital adoption in planning processes
Key Individual Accountabilities
Lead end-to-end supply planning activities within the Hub, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies
Ensure optimal inventory levels, balancing service, working capital, and cost efficiency
Drive S&OP process adherence, ensuring high-quality inputs and cross-functional alignment
Develop, coach, and manage team performance, fostering engagement and capability building
Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making across planning activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (CI) to enhance planning accuracy, service, and efficiency
Ensure effective use of planning systems (e.g., SAP, advanced planning tools)
Manage stakeholder relationships across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Operations
Key Shared Accountabilities
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Production, and Procurement to ensure integrated planning
Support business decision-making through scenario planning and risk mitigation
Contribute to regional/global planning transformation initiatives
Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to standard planning processes

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience:
5+ years in Supply Chain / Planning
Experience working in shared services or hub environments preferred
Hands-on experience with SAP or planning tools
3 years managing teams and developing people preferred
