About the role

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Ubicación: Residir en Guanjuato,

Modalidad: Presencial de lunes a viernes

Objetivo:

Coordinar la operación, mantenimiento y conservación de las naves industriales asignadas, asegurando su óptimo funcionamiento y el cumplimiento de las condiciones contractuales. Atender oportunamente los requerimientos de los clientes, supervisar contratistas y dar seguimiento a incidencias, reparaciones y vicios ocultos. Garantizar la correcta documentación técnica, legal y operativa de los inmuebles.

Perfil solicitado

Ingeniero civil o Arquitecto (únicamente)

Ingles conversacional 70% (deseable)

Haber construido mas de 3 naves completas (todas las fases)

Experiencia en todas las fases: : Cimentación, Estructura, Cubierta, Laminación, Instalaciones, Acabados y entrega al cliente.

Experiencia en trato directo con el cliente,

Experiencia en puestos como: Líder de proyecto, Coord. de proyectos, Superintendente, Project Manager, o afin, esto en empresas de construcción industrial o contratistas general.

Indispensable perfil 70% Construccion 30% administrativo control de obra (clientes, prespuestos, inspeccion de la ejecucion en sitio de los proyectos)

Indispensable proyectos recientes de naves industriales como Lider de la entrega y ejecucion ,
