About the role
UX Designer – Digital Agency
We are working for one of our clients, a well-known digital agency that partners with a wide range of clients - from startups to larger organizations - to help them build great digital products. They work more like an in-house team than a typical outsourced agency: designers get deeply embedded with clients, influencing strategy, not just executing tasks handed down to them.
About the role:
This is a UX Designer position, fully remote. You'd be working across the full design lifecycle - from concept sketches and wireframes, to interactive prototypes, style guides, and icon sets. It's not just about producing deliverables; you'd actually help shape how the team approaches UX strategy, research, and problem-solving.
What they're looking for:
They want someone with a strong sense of ownership - an independent thinker who's comfortable challenging ideas respectfully, not just taking tasks and executing them. Someone with real empathy for users, who's driven by solving hard problems rather than just making things look nice. You'd be working closely with a team of designers, project managers, developers, and client partners, so collaboration and communication matter a lot - including being able to explain and defend your design decisions to clients directly.
They're ideally looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, strong Figma skills, and - big plus - previous experience working in an agency or professional services environment, since that fast-paced, multi-client dynamic is very much part of the culture there.
