BUSINESS ANALYST AND PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Coordinator who can handle client interactions, understand business requirements, manage projects, and coordinate with technical teams for successful project The ideal candidate should have experience in requirement gathering, project management, Scrum coordination, client demos, stakeholder management, and team coordination. The candidate should also have a good understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, and modern business technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with clients to understand business requirements and project goals

Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings

Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Process Flow documents

Manage project tasks, timelines, deliverables, and team coordination

Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams for smooth project execution

Lead Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, and task tracking

Conduct client demos, project presentations, and status update meetings

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery

Support UAT, defect tracking, release activities, and post-implementation support

Maintain proper project documentation and stakeholder communication

Required Skills

Strong experience in Business Analysis and Project Coordination

Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong project management and team coordination abilities

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations

Hands-on experience with SQL queries and databases

Knowledge of Data Storytelling & Advanced BI concepts

Hands-on experience working with AI-powered productivity, business analysis, automation, and project management tools

Ability to leverage AI tools for requirement documentation, workflow optimization, reporting, task management, and business process improvement
