We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Support Office team in a fixed-term contract until June 2027.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across franchise and corporate clinics, as well as Support Office roles across the ANZ network.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, provide market insights, and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current hiring needs and future growth plans

Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Premium Talent Search (PTS), Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

Advertise vacancies, screen applications, conduct phone interviews, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and manage the offer process through to onboarding.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professional, timely, and transparent communication.

Enhance Laser Clinics' employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and careers page content.

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, reporting, and hiring outcomes.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally within a high-volume environment.

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and building talent pipelines across multiple disciplines.

Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Premium Talent Search (PTS), Indeed, and other recruitment channels.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the business.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience within the aesthetics, beauty, retail, healthcare, or franchise businesses will be highly regarded.
