Flower Shop Operations Manager in Moncton/Dieppe area

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Flower Shop Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position for someone who enjoys working with customers, leading a team, and being part of a creative floral retail environment.

Floral experience is an asset, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the flower shop.

Create floral arrangements, bouquets, wreaths, and custom orders.

Assist customers and provide excellent service.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste.

Train, schedule, and support team members.

Maintain a clean and attractive store.

Help increase sales through promotions and seasonal displays.

Assist with payroll, expenses, and store organization.

Follow health and safety standards.

Requirements:

1+ year of retail or management experience preferred.

Knowledge of flowers and floral design is an asset.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.

Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting items as needed.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).

French and English are preferred.
