What are your contributions to the team?

Support the strategic planning process of Bombardier’s Supply Chain organization by analyzing and structuring large datasets to generate actionable insights and identify continuous improvement opportunities for decision-making.

Ensure Supply Chain overall strategy meets and supports Bombardier’s corporate strategy by translating complex data and trends into clear actionable recommendations.

Deliver concise, data-driven materials and executive summaries.

Lead cross-organizational reviews and drive strategic initiatives within Supply Chain strategy by consolidating inputs, synthesizing findings and highlighting key risks and opportunities.

Communicate on a regular basis with key stakeholders on the progress of the projects under your responsibility.

Develop and maintain a network of internal and external stakeholders to support information-gathering, validate assumptions and enrich analysis.

How to thrive in this role?

You hold an undergraduate degree with a strong concentration in an analytical discipline. A graduate or master’s degree in operations management would be an asset.

Two (2) or more years of professional experience in a strategic environment in complex manufacturing industry would be an asset.

You have strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor and attention to details.

You have knowledge of the aerospace industry and contracting processes (an asset).

You have the ability to synthesize information and for presentating complex information.

You have the ability to exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters.

You are able to multi-task under a highly demanding and continuously changing environment.

You have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization (from senior management to staff).

You have a strong team spirit and leadership abilities, and you demonstrate flexibility.

You are able to meet tight deadlines.

You can work with Power Bi, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You are able to work in English and French on a daily basis.

You are able to work on-site at one of our sites in Montreal at least two (2) days per week, sometimes more, as per the applicable policy.
