About the role
Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of design principles. This role requires proficiency in various design software and tools, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visuals that align with our brand's vision, apparel design and marketing streams.
Responsibilities:
Design bold, high-quality graphics for use across apparel, digital, and print - including product designs, marketing campaigns, social media content, and website assets.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to create visuals that reflect STONY’s rugged, Northern spirit.
Develop and refine graphics for apparel, including embroidery, screen prints, and all-over prints that align with seasonal collections.
Design new styles of apparel and accessories, keeping up with seasonal trends and demand
Create branding elements and logos that speak to our audience - golfers who play where the weather bites and the terrain pushes back.
Apply UI/UX design principles to enhance the user experience across our e-commerce platforms.
Produce motion graphics and short animations (using Adobe After Effects) for promotional content, product launches, and social campaigns.
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW to create print-ready assets for both apparel and marketing materials.
Work with web tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress to implement visuals across STONY’s digital platforms.
Select typography and create cohesive visual systems to ensure brand consistency across all mediums.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns, seasonal drops, and product storytelling.
Maintain organized files and documentation of all creative work, ensuring efficient handoffs between design, production, and marketing teams.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision.
Must be able to create and draw artwork from scratch
Experience in UI design, motion graphics creation, logo design, and digital design.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
A solid portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work across various mediums.
Familiarity with marketing principles and how they relate to graphic design is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Join us in creating impactful designs that elevate our brand presence!

Compensation
