Job Summary
The Project Execution Manager is responsible for leading the successful planning and execution of construction‑related projects that support Victaulic’s strategic growth initiatives. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and customer expectations.
The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership experience in a construction or industrial environment, thrives in a fast‑paced setting, and is comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. A certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from planning and award through final delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and customer expectations are met or exceeded
Partner with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues
Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution
Provide regular project updates and progress reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
Track project performance using KPIs and recommend corrective actions as needed
Ensure adherence to Victaulic project management standards and best practices
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and execution discipline
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects in a construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects from start to finish
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (typically up to five at a time)
Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Master’s degree (MBA or related field) is an asset
Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts
Experience leveraging digital or AI‑enabled tools to enhance project efficiency
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and results‑driven environment
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel up to 25% to project sites and customer locations as needed
Salary: $80 - 110k (based on experience)
