What to Expect
The Production Recruiting Coordinator is a member of Recruiting, working within the Production Manufacturing Recruiting Team. The Coordinator will participate in the communication and escalations pertaining to candidates, new hires and current employees, as a function of the recruiting processes. The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, has excellent customer service skills, communicates well in verbal and written forms, and thrives in a fast-paced, fluid working environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish and maintain effective working relationships with multiple groups at Tesla and candidates alike. The successful candidate for this position is resourceful and scrappy, takes pride in communication and analytical abilities, organization skills and attention to detail. The Coordinator appreciates an environment where superior work is encouraged, noticed and rewarded.
What You'll Do
Play a crucial role within a fast-paced and laser-focused recruiting team, responsible for managing multiple email inboxes to facilitate communication with external and internal candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and various other internal tesla teams
Coordinate, confirm and track high-volume interviews
Represent the Tesla Recruiting organization to all partners, stakeholders, and candidates, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and consistent, high-quality work
Responsible for data entry updating the applicant tracking system and tracking/monitoring information for a high volume of candidates
Drive and participate in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and other projects
Assist with various recruiting process functions as needed such as, onboarding/offer letters, candidate dispositions
Attend in-person hiring events, and coordinate candidates day-of
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a Staffing/Recruiting role in a fast-paced, start-up type atmosphere, or in a similar professional coordination role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, and creativity, performed in dynamic work environments
Excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills
Understanding of applicant tracking or CRM-type systems
Experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience
