The Solstice Advanced Materials NPI Marketing Lead drives the successful introduction and commercialization of material offerings used in semiconductor lithography and deposition processes. Leveraging customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis, this role translates business opportunities into actionable plans and partners across functions to execute commercialization strategies, accelerate product adoption, strengthen market position, and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute strategic plans to drive business growth
Drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Sales, Technical Services, Product Management, and Supply Chain to deliver business objectives
Develop and drive key account engagement to support sustainable growth
Ensure pricing discipline to optimize revenue and margins
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
Primary Responsibilities:
NPI Execution & Commercialization Support
Coordinate cross-functional activities to support successful New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. Partner with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Commercial teams to manage timelines, support customer qualifications, track key milestones, and facilitate product launch readiness.
Business Case Development
Support the development of business cases for new products, market opportunities, and strategic initiatives. Conduct financial and commercial analyses including revenue potential, cost considerations, profitability, and market attractiveness to support decision-making.
Sales Enablement & Value Communication
Develop customer-facing materials, value proposition content, competitive positioning tools, and sales support resources. Partner with Commercial Excellence and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication of product benefits and market differentiation.
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities to support business and product decisions. Gather and analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights on customer demand, market dynamics, and emerging risks. Support market sizing and business opportunity assessments for strategic initiatives and new product introductions.
Voice of Customer (VOC)
Collect and synthesize customer feedback through direct engagement, customer meetings, market interactions, and internal stakeholder input. Identify key customer needs, pain points, and buying drivers to support product development, positioning, and commercialization activities.
Competitive Analysis
Track competitor offerings, capabilities, pricing trends, and market activities. Develop competitive assessments and benchmarking analyses to help identify differentiation opportunities and support product positioning and commercial strategies.
YOU MUST HAVE
Senior-level professional with 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, R&D/Engineering, or a related domain, with a demonstrated track record of delivering business results
Bachelor's degree required; analytical, technical, engineering, or business discipline preferred
Strong problem-solving, verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to effectively communicate business insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, cross-functional environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across organizational boundaries
Ability to travel domestically up to 10–20%, depending on business needs and location
WE VALUE
MBA or other advanced business degree preferred
Proven track record of leading projects, product launches, and commercialization initiatives
Demonstrated experience supporting growth initiatives within the semiconductor industry
Industry and product experience in semiconductor materials, electronic materials, specialty chemicals, or advanced materials markets
Ability to influence, align stakeholders, and negotiate effectively in a global matrix organization
Strong business acumen with a bias for action and results orientation
Strong strategic thinking combined with disciplined execution
Process- and system-oriented with strong organizational skills
Analytical mindset with sound decision-making capabilities
Entrepreneurial mindset, learning agility, and a proven record of exceeding objectives
PAY RANGE
The annual base salary range for this position is $166,964-208,117. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Compensation
This Marketing role pays $167k-$208k/yr. Within typical range for marketing roles in United States.
