UX Designer, Google Cloud Business Platform

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.

Experience with user experience (UX) design for B2B (business-to-business) or enterprise software applications.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.

1 year of experience leading design projects.

Experience working with the Salesforce Lightning design system.

Experience designing with Figma and GenAI Agentic UI.

Experience in creative visualization, rapid prototyping, design strategy, and user research.

Responsibilities

Lead design strategy for the transact platform, influencing end-to-end user journeys across agreements.

Define and drive UX goals for enterprise transact experiences, ensuring seamless interactions.

Leverage research and data to drive design decisions.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.

Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, Vibe Coding, or high fidelity prototypes.
