What You’ll Do

Lead delivery of electric utility projects, guiding overhead and underground design from planning through construction

Own project performance – scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction

Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams in a high-performing environment

Serve as the primary liaison with utilities, clients, and regulatory agencies

Drive technical quality through QA/QC and adherence to standards

Lead design reviews, stakeholder meetings, and presentations

Coordinate across disciplines to deliver efficient, constructible solutions

Manage change processes, permitting, and regulatory approvals

Support construction through field engagement and issue resolution

Continuously improve project delivery through lessons learned and feedback

Preferred Qualifications

Degree may be in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering

3+ years of experience in power delivery/project execution

Prior experience with an engineering consulting firm

Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships

Experience in power delivery, utility engineering, or related infrastructure

Strong project management and leadership capabilities

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Knowledge of utility standards, codes, and regulatory requirements

Proactive mindset with a drive for ownership and results

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.

Previous experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector.

Computer skills in Microsoft Office as well as standard Power Market Sector design software. (examples include PLS CAD, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, AutoPipe, and Revit)
