Moët Hennessy is looking for a Business Controlling Sr. Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis of the company through all the P&L accounts. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial information, provides insights to management, and contributes to efficient cost control and decision-making processes. This role will also be focused on supply chain operations costs, partnering with the Supply Chain department, ensuring efficient cost management, inventory optimization, and accurate financial reporting across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities.

Job responsibilities
Reporting & Performance Analysis – Actuals and Forecast
Act as a finance partner for business performance, developing a deep understanding of P&L profitability (through turnover, revenue, gross margin and OPEX) across multiple levels of analysis (category, brand, product, channel, customer, etc.).
Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans.
Consolidate financial inputs (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.).
Analyze budget vs. actual variances and identify risks and opportunities.
Analyze cost structures and identify efficiency opportunities, monitoring the different OPEX accounts ensuring spending is aligned with approved budgets and in compliance with the company policies.
Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to validate investments and evaluate its ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on financial trends.
Supply Chain Cost Control
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for Supply Chain operating expenses.
Monitor logistics, transportation, customs, warehousing, and distribution costs, identifying risks and opportunities.
Oversee inventory valuation, provisions for slow-moving and obsolete inventory, inventory reconciliations, and working capital performance.
Process Improvement
Optimize reporting processes through automation (Excel, Power BI, ERP tools).
Identify opportunities to streamline data flows, improve accuracy, and increase agility.
Profile
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience
5+ years in FP&A, finance, supply chain controlling, accounting, or similar roles.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI) preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, modeling, pivot tables).
Knowledge of financial statements and variance analysis.
Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation.
Languages
English: Advanced.
Additional languages are a plus.
