Responsibilities

Coordinate recruiting activities and partner with recruiters, hiring managers,

candidates, and People & Culture teams throughout the hiring process.

Review and administer requisition approval workflows while ensuring timely

processing of new hiring requests.

Coordinate offers, start dates, and onboarding activities across multiple

stakeholders.

Prepare and distribute offer letters, job descriptions, background check

documentation, and new hire paperwork.

Monitor background screening processes, obtain required approvals, and

maintain confidential candidate records.

Support vendor coordination and ensure compliance with company recruiting

and background check procedures.

Maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and documentation to support

operational excellence and business reporting.

Administer candidate expense reimbursement processes when applicable.

Support recruitment operations by assisting with requisition assignments, reporting, and recruiting projects.

Mentor and assist in onboarding new Recruiting Coordinators as needed.

Participate in recruiting team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, HR operations, or a similar corporate environment.

Experience coordinating projects or multiple concurrent workstreams.

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization.

Strong customer service mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms preferred
