Work Model: Hybrid - approximately 3 to 4 days per month in the office

About the Opportunity
As an SAP EWM & Supply Chain Process Consultant, you will participate in projects related to Supply Chain Management, supporting the development and implementation of SCM systems and processes.
You will collaborate with international teams to standardise operations, improve material flows, implement best practices, and enhance the efficiency and reliability of warehouse and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in projects related to Supply Chain Management.
Support the definition and implementation of global SCM standards.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and rollout of SCM-related IT solutions.
Support SAP EWM processes and system improvements.
Work with outbound warehouse processes.
Support interfaces between SAP EWM and automated conveyor technology.
Contribute to the design and improvement of internal warehouse processes.
Participate in global material-flow management initiatives and rollouts.
Support operational excellence programmes, production systems, and continuous improvement processes.
Manage and maintain the benefits database for improvement initiatives.
Identify, document, and share best practices across international teams.
Define, implement, and monitor KPIs and OPIs.
Support change-management and process-consulting activities.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and Supply Chain teams.
Assist with project coordination, stakeholder alignment, and negotiations.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant professional experience.
Practical experience with SAP EWM.
Knowledge of SAP EWM outbound processes.
Experience or knowledge of internal warehouse processes.
Understanding of interfaces with automated conveyor or material-handling technologies.
Experience with Supply Chain Management processes.
Knowledge of global material-flow management, associated processes, and systems.
Experience supporting implementations or rollouts.
Previous exposure to project management activities.
Change-management and consultancy skills.
Ability to define or monitor operational KPIs and OPIs.
Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Financial awareness and understanding of the business impact of Supply Chain initiatives.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Availability to attend the office in Porto or Vila Nova de Gaia approximately 3 to 4 days per month.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an early-career SAP EWM professional with hands-on exposure to outbound and internal warehouse processes, Supply Chain systems, and implementations or rollouts.
You combine technical and functional knowledge with a genuine interest in process improvement, global material flows, and operational excellence. You are proactive, adaptable, and confident working with business and technical stakeholders in an international environment.
