Senior Specialist - Software Engineering

Role description

We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer with strong handson expertise in Apigee API Management and Kafka Event Streaming Platform to design and build scalable secure and highperformance integration solutions across enterprise systems

Experience

8-12 years of overall IT experience

3 years in Apigee API Management

3 years in Kafka Event Streaming platforms

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop APIled integrations using Apigee API proxies policies security configurations

Build and manage eventdriven architecture using Kafka topics producers consumers

Develop and maintain realtime data streaming pipelines

Ensure high availability performance tuning and scalability of Kafka solutions Imp FW KamentEaton Outlook

Implement API security standards OAuth2 JWT API Gateway policies FW EXTERcing Needs Outlook

Define integration patterns combining REST APIs event streaming

Collaborate with architecture teams for integration modernization initiatives

Perform troubleshooting monitoring and optimization of integration solutions

Work in Agile teams and participate in design reviews and sprint activities

Must Have Skills

Apigee API Management

Strong handson experience in Apigee Edge X

API Proxy development policies KVMs caching target endpoints

Strong understanding of

REST APIs JSON XML

API lifecycle OpenAPI specifications FW EXTERcing Needs Outlook

Experience in

OAuth 20 JWT API security

Developer portal API monetization

Kafka Event Streaming

Strong understanding of Kafka architecture

Topics partitions brokers producers consumers

Kafka Connect Zookeeper Imp FW KamentEaton Outlook

Handson experience with

Kafka deployment configuration and monitoring
