Role description

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.

Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, approval processes, and workflows.

Build reusable Lightning components and UI enhancements.

Assist in developing custom applications on the Salesforce Platform.

Configuration & Administration

Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features based on business requirements.

Create reports and dashboards.

Support user management, permission sets, profiles, and security configurations.

Assist with data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.

Testing & Deployment

Write unit test classes to maintain Salesforce code coverage.

Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.

Support deployments across Sandbox and Production environments using Salesforce deployment tools.

Collaboration

Work closely with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Senior Developers.

Participate in requirement gathering and solution discussions.

Document technical solutions and development activities.

Support & Maintenance

Troubleshoot Salesforce issues reported by users.

Perform bug fixes and system enhancements.

Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements.

Learning & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new platform features.

Participate in internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Work towards Salesforce certifications.
