Position Overview
As a National Account Manager at Rolls Right Industries, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing key accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of the trucking, warehousing, and logistics sectors, combined with excellent client relationship and negotiation skills. This role is well suited for a self-starter who is motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking initiative, owning outcomes, and driving opportunities forward with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
At least 2 year of hands-on experience preferred in freight, logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or shipper-related roles
Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within the trucking, warehousing, or logistics industry
Strong understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and operational requirements in the logistics sector
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Develop and implement effective sales and account management strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market research and industry insights to grow the company’s presence
Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize revenue while meeting clients’ needs
Collaborate with Marketing Coordinators to develop and execute campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility
Coordinate with Operations and other internal teams to ensure capacity and service delivery meet client expectations
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build a professional network and stay informed on market trends
Prepare detailed reports on account performance, sales results, and market conditions for management review
Work closely with the Sales Manager and senior leadership to support strategic planning for entering new markets or expanding in existing ones
Take ownership of account growth and pipeline development by proactively identifying opportunities and driving initiatives to completion
