Recruiter - Construction Recruitment

We're a specialist construction recruitment agency looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our growing London team.

The Role

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing and screening candidates for blue-collar construction roles (labourers, traffic marshals, skilled trades, etc.), matching them to client vacancies, and handling compliance and onboarding through to placement.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates via job boards, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other platforms

Screen candidates by phone and match them to suitable roles

Manage right-to-work checks, trade cards, and certifications

Keep candidate/client records updated and accurate

Support daily workforce planning and hit team KPIs

What We're Looking For

Just a little recruitment experience is fine - full training provided

Strong communication and people skills

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast pace

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and social media

Driven, resilient, and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment

Full UK driving licence a plus, not required
