The Connections Account Director acts as the strategic bridge between our clients' business challenges and integrated media execution. You will lead high-level client relationships, championing innovative "connections planning" that unites creative ideas with data-driven audience insights. Primary Advisor: Serve as the trusted senior partner for key clients, deeply understanding their business, industry, and competitors.

Strategic Growth: Proactively identify client business opportunities and pitch organic growth strategies to agency revenue.

Media Ecosystem Design: Oversee the development of holistic communication blueprints that seamlessly connect paid, owned, earned, and shared media channels.

Audience Insights: Utilize advanced data tools to uncover deep consumer insights, translating them into actionable targeting strategies.

Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with internal creative, data, and activation teams to ensure the brand message perfectly fits the media context.

Team & Financial Management:

Team Mentorship: Manage, motivate, and develop a dedicated team of Managers and Executives, conducting performance reviews and fostering career growth.

Commercial Accountability: Own the account's financial health, managing profitability, forecasting revenue, and tracking scope-of-work delivery.

Resource Allocation: Optimize internal team resource allocation to ensure high-quality delivery without burning out staff.

Skills and Qualifications

Agency Background: Experience in a media, creative, or integrated agency, with a proven track record in an account management or connections planning role.

Scale: Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, OOH, TV, experiential).

Leadership: Minimum 2 years of direct line-management experience.

Technical & Soft Skills

Strategic Thinking: Ability to turn complex data into clear, simple communication strategies.

Communication: Exceptional pitching, presentation, and storytelling skills to influence C-suite clients.

Tools: Familiarity with audience profiling and market research tools (e.g., YouGov, TGI, comScore).

Financial Literacy: Strong commercial acumen with experience managing client P&Ls.
