You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.

We are currently looking for an Project Manager who will deliver projects safely, on time, and sustainably - driving efficiency and strong performance without compromising governance.

As the Project Manager, you will:

Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery at every stage.

Coordinate multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction teams to deliver efficiently and effectively.

Embed health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project programmes, budgets, and risks to protect delivery and performance.

Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams through clear and confident communication.

What you'll bring to the role:

Proven project management experience within the construction or water sector.

Strong leadership capability, with experience managing and motivating high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while maintaining focus on delivery.

Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
