The Sr Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational needs. They collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Outreach: Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.

Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications for cultural and technical fit.

Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with managers to define position requirements and create job descriptions.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Offer Management: Extend offers, negotiate salary and terms, and manage the pre-employment process.

Process Improvement: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), track recruiting metrics, and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, either in-house or at a staffing agency.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Base pay range for this position is $62,575 – $82,100 annually. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
