Perform identified duties for assigned fluid or electrical components (pumps, heat exchangers, valves, thermocouples, sensors), assemblies, and processes in a multi-functional team environment for aircraft engines GE9X and LEAP.

Roles and Responsibilities
Execute, with guidance of a mentor, the analysis, design, and integration required to define and support the assigned components, assemblies and process that meet business standards, practices, and procedures, and meet the product requirements.
Work within the guidelines of applicable GE Policies and Procedures, Engineering Standards, Specifications, and industry Standards.
Develop technical capabilities concurrent with the execution of the task of the position.
Document technical data that is generated to substantiate the assigned components, assemblies and process that is consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
Provide timely communication on significant issues or developments.
Support the solution of problems of limited scope and complexity.
Utilize Six Sigma tools to improve current business products and processes. Document successful Six Sigma projects via Green Belt reports and/or presentations.
Demonstrated solid technical engineering capability and judgment.
Required Qualifications
Master degree student. Mechatronic, Aeronautic, Electric/Electronic, Mechanical engineering.
Sound understanding of engineering principles relevant to the position.
Must be able to maintain a normal day-to-day fluid conversation in English on any topic with few mistakes (mistakes that do not affect clear understanding). Must have fluency, rhythm, and sufficient self-confidence in the language to be able to handle meetings and conversations.
Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
