Parts Supply Analyst

Mission of the Role:
evaluating and improving supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Key Objectives of this Role:
Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values
Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements
Monitor days of supply to keep the right inventory levels to the right time
Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate supply chain performance
Support cost reduction initiatives and process improvements
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in supply chain systems
Keep control of premium freight targets
Analyze MRP data and supplier schedule processing
Key Performance Indicators:
Overstock improvement
Handling Shortages – root cause and solutions
Parts Inventory DOS
Supplier delivery performance
Monitoring PO cycle – closing the loop
Inventory turns
Raw material inventory level
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, logistics, or a similar field
1+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles
Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
