Be part of a Great Real Estate Agency located in Cancún, México.

OBJECTIVES

Work closely with the firm’s partners in the definition of the commercial strategy.

Lead the definition of the commercial strategy of the company from its initial phase.

Lead the commercial efforts of several existing residential developments.

Building relationships with new developments.

Develop an internal sales team.

The position provides a unique blend of exposure to both the entrepreneurial environment of a startup boutique firm and the rigor of financial advisory services and private equity culture and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field

Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish

At least 5 years of Professional experience in sales of residential developments.

Commercial strategy definition, and marketing/brand development

Experience in managing residential sales teams, external brokers and social networks.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to manage high profile clients and relationships.

Ability to work under pressure and in uncertain/entrepreneurial environments

A strong enthusiasm for learning

Salary $45,000 mxn gross per month
