Our Team, Your Impact

Role Purpose: Supports the production process by operating equipment and performing assign tasks in line with quality, GMP and EHS requirements.Areas of Impact: Production/packaging processperform operations related to the production of single and multi-component preparations, in compliance with the prescribed procedures and in accordance with the principles of GMP. Basic operation of simpler and more complex production equipment.Job Aspect: 1. Performs the full range of established procedures such as: operating machines and manipulation with material, producing necessary documentation in line with data integrity and GMP, monitoring processes in scope2. Monitors processes parameters to ensure compliance and eliminate deviations3. Resolves routine issues - trouble shooting - without supervisory approval upon gaining relevant on the job experience4. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision5. Keep working place clean; Proper operation and taking care of the technical condition, immediate reporting of defects; Ongoing informing the supervisor about the progress of tasks and possible difficulties in their performance. Immediate notification of any irregularities and abuse to the detriment of the Company and events that may affect the quality of the productCompetencies:-Ability to follow process and procedures in line with GMP, EHS, SOP standards-Attention to detail-Learning Agility-Basic digital awareness-Basic machine and equipment operation, excellence in action, adaptation to change, good organization of own work, ability to work under time pressureCapabilities / Technical Skills:As per skills matrix per site processAreas of focus:assembly, washing processes, documentation, work with control systems (MES etc.), IPC controls, manipulation with material, stock adherence, OEE principles, GMP/EHS/FP/SOPs alignment, clean work place Qualifications / Trainings:- GMP certification- Quality / work procedures trainings- EHS qualifications- IT systems qualifications upon required level- successful adaptation plan fulfillment

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Carry out assigned duties within the Packaging department in line with production plans

Achieve targets in terms of both quantity and quality without compromising safety or compliance

Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with GMP requirements and company procedures

Complete documentation accurately, in real time, and in compliance with GMP standards

Perform line clearance, cleaning, and verification activities as per SOPs

Conduct in-process controls and challenge tests as required by packaging documentation

Maintain equipment and workstations in a safe and proper condition

Identify and report deviations, faults, or abnormalities to the Supervisor/Shift Manager immediately

Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment where required

Participate in problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement activities

Assist in SOP updates, training activities, and departmental projects

Work collaboratively within the team to improve overall performance, flexibility, and efficiency

Follow all EHS procedures and ensure correct use of PPE at all times

Undertake additional duties or training as required by the business

Your Skills and Experience

Good level of oral and written English

Basic computer literacy

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Good mechanical aptitude

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

Motivated with a positive attitude

Ability to work under pressure

Team-oriented with good communication skills
