Job Profile

We are currently seeking an ambitious and hard-working professional who can complement our Piling operations as a Drill Operator. Our Drill Operators will utilize multiple drilling methods to pre-drill for pile installation.

Job Duties

Operate a company 3/4 ton crew truck or 55-ton tooling truck for travel to and from work sites

Provide drilling service to customers in accordance with DFI procedures and customer requirements

Operate DFI blast-hole DM30 and Watson auger drills in a safe and professional manner

Conduct daily inspection of drill and attached lifting devices, and correct or report all defects immediately

Care for and maintain company equipment to DFI standards

Maintain a legal driver’s logbook

Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Class 3 Drivers License with Air Endorsement

Relevant drilling experience on auger or air-drill

Willing to submit to a pre-employment and regular pre-access drug & alcohol test/s

Available to work out of town for extended periods of time

Flexible work schedule to accommodate production needs
