Reports To: Director – Business Finance
Role Overview - We are looking for a Finance Analytics & Automation professional who combines finance fundamentals with strong hands-on analytics capability. This role will support the Business Finance team by automating reporting processes, building scalable dashboards, and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making. The purpose of this role is to Drive finance automation, improve MIS quality, and convert financial data into business insights.
What You'll Be Doing
Automate MIS, revenue, profitability, cost, and variance reporting processes.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for finance and business stakeholders.
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reviews.
Identify automation opportunities across finance workflows and reduce manual effort.
Work with Sales, Delivery, HR, and Operations teams to improve data visibility.
Translate business requirements into scalable analytical and automation solutions.
Your Expertise
Power BI: Dashboard development, data modelling, Power Query, visualization best practices, including python
Advanced Excel: Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data modelling, financial analysis models
Finance Knowledge: P&L understanding, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, profitability and cost allocation
Business Partnering: Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Delivery, HR, and Operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
Exposure to ERP, Salesforce, HRMS, or similar enterprise systems.
Experience in process improvement, dashboard adoption, and stakeholder enablement.
Education Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E. in IT or related Engineering discipline; MBA in Finance & Analytics / Business Analytics
