Lead AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding the business requirements

Implement and deploy ML algorithms and models into production environments.

Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models to improve accuracy and efficiency, and maintain the documentation.

Write clean, scalable, and optimized code for ML models and APIs.

Conduct experiments, perform data analysis, and present findings to stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies and apply them to improve our platform.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

2-4 years of experience in working with Python, training / optimizing ML models , NLP and deep learning.

Knowledge of Neural Networks; CNNs, RNNs, VAE.

Experience with TensorFlow / Keras, PyTorch, Jupyter Notebooks / Anaconda

Knowledge of Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly

Experience with any cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical methods.

Experience with data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering techniques.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and with a team.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Understanding of data privacy, AI Ethics and model governance

Experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, etc.) and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face, etc.).

Knowledge of MLOps practices and experience with CI/CD tools.

Additional Experience Desired:

Understanding of Software Engineering frameworks and methodologies.

Good to have knowledge of NLP techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK.

Working experience with Generative AI problems will be an added advantage
